Struggling to capture tiny leakage power or fast transient peaks? The ITECH IT2705 DC Power Analyzer delivers precise “diagnostics” for your low-power devices!

In the evolution of electronic products, users are always expecting longer battery life. However, the increasing functionality on one hand and the shrinking device size on the other have become “roadblocks” to improving battery capacity, keeping it in a state of “tight balance.” This makes battery life a key competitive factor for consumer electronics, medical electronics, and communication modules.

From smartwatches and smart home appliances that accompany our daily lives, to implantable medical devices and portable monitors that safeguard our health, and even to communication modules that enable the Internet of Everything, all require low-power testing and verification. Engineers must accurately measure the dynamic range from sleep current to peak operating current and capture transient current pulses precisely. This demands that the testing system not only offers extremely high precision and dynamic capability but also provides seamless range switching and high-speed sampling, ensuring that while capturing large current fluctuations, neither subtle power leaks are missed nor any potentially critical peaks that could exceed the battery budget go undetected.

IT2705 DC Power Analyzer + IT27814 SMU Module

System-level testing solutions make testing simpler

✔ High resolution of up to 6uV/0.1nA, with accuracy far exceeding ordinary power supplies, suitable for testing minute parameters.

✔ High-speed 200kHz oscilloscope sampling, with a minimum data sampling and recording interval of up to 20us.

✔ Seamless current range switching function allows the IT27814 SMU module to automatically switch between three ranges: 1mA/100mA/3A. This ensures automatic switching to the most suitable range during rapid changes from dormant current to operating current, with no switching delay and no data loss causing errors. (10uA range requires manual selection.)

✔ Battery simulator function accurately simulates the terminal voltage and SOC changes of portable electronic products during long-term use, simulates battery internal resistance, and can also be used to verify battery life. More professional battery simulation functions are available with the optional BSS2000 battery simulator software.

✔ The PC software integrates power consumption analysis functions, making the overall performance clearer.

✔The T27005 DC power analyzer with 8 channels can also be flexibly equipped with different modules such as DC power source, bidirectional DC power source, and regenerative DC electronic load, making the system more flexible.
